Leading hospitality group is looking for Customer Service Associate.
Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Processing/taking orders requested by the customers.
Managing and tracking of food deliveries to the customers.
Researching required information using available resources.
Identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate product, services or information.
Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames.
Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service.
Recognize customer dissatisfaction promptly and take action to resolve the situation according to individual level of responsibility and customer feedback/ complaint procedures.
Offer assistance to colleagues when required, to ensure designated work goals are met.
Demonstrate trust, support and respect towards team members in day-to-day work activities.
Conduct communication with customers and colleagues in a polite, professional and friendly manner.
Practice high standards of personal presentation in accordance with Company Grooming and Presentation Standards.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
Following up complicated customer calls where required.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
