Receptionist Administrative Assistant Female

Typical duties included are but not limited to:
• Answer and redirect phone calls.
• Screening phone calls.
• Respond to emails.
• Manage mail correspondence.
• Greet clients and visitors.
• Help maintain office calendar.
• Book meetings and schedule events.
• Process JAFZA visitors/clients/suppliers/tools pass.
• Assist with shipment invoice.
• Perform data entry and filing tasks.
• Manage inventory of office supplies.
• Order office stationery and supplies.
• Manage company employee transportation.
• Distribute incoming and outgoing snail mail.
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
• Make travel arrangements.
• Handle queries from managers and employees.
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree
• English Proficiency (Written and Verbal)
• Computer Proficiency (MS Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
• Administrative or clerical experience preferred.
