Sales Engineer For Facility Management in Dubai

Job Summary

Responsible for building positive relationship with customers, closing deals, developing new accounts, ensuring repeat business from existing customers, and making a positive impact in a company.

Oversees the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of installing and servicing HVAC projects and service agreements.

Leading filling of Quality and Inspection reports.

Overseas the field team delivery

Achieves targets on time and in budgets

Works closely with the operations supervisor to excel in team delivery and excellent customer service.

No compromise on our quality of execution will be accepted so we require a candidate with a strong character to enforce company protocols.

Incumbent plans individual jobs and long-term work operations develop a preventive maintenance program and control the quality of repair work to satisfy customer requirements. Performs surveys and provide initial quotations to support operations teams in getting the right quality of leads.

Responsibilities

Studies the Market of HVAC cleaning, maintenance and installation and delivers a high level plan.

Delivers Sales targets put by the Sales and Operational leader.

Closes targets continuously.

Communicates on a daily basis status of the target achievements.

Able to change focus rapidly in order to achieve required income target.

Manages Cost and lead conversion from order up until revenue.

Financial Acumen of pricing, commissions, and value deals.

Participates in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning.

Manages to and achieves revenue and profitability goals.

Provides technical administrative leadership and professional planning and scheduling duties to facilitate the execution of maintenance and repair tasks.

Understands the business environment of local markets including competition, purchasing, and business trends.

Leads the effort to segment customer base and direct activities associated with customer growth and retention.

Generate sales leads, and promotes and develop maintenance/service agreements; estimates and generates bids for contract projects/work.

Establishes and executes adherence to the procedure for pricing, sales to operations handover, and other SOPs crucial to the business.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Thorough knowledge of heating, ventilation and refrigeration theory.

Considerable knowledge of the practices, methods, materials, and equipment used in the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.

Analytical skills to diagnose HVAC problems; and to understand and work from blueprints, schematics, sketches, or pencil drawings.

Knowledge of safe work methods and practices.

Knowledge of tools and materials used in HVAC installation, maintenance and repair work.

Desired Profile

5 Years minimum of sales experience with a track record of success.

Bachelors Degree in Business Management or any related field.

Strong interpersonal skills, achievement-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the business.

Solid problem-solving skills and proven negotiating skills, goal orientated, and a team player.

Outstanding English language skills, Arabic is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook for reporting OF ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATIONS.

Honest and reliable no corruption allowed.

Corrupt personal will be fired immediately on misconduct and a second chance will not be given to any corrupted personnel.

Minimum work 7 years of HVAC industry knowledge.

Uae driving license is a must
