Responsibilities

Attend to walk in customers and provide good customer service.

Provide timely response to customer feedback or enquiries.

Attend to customers email and phone enquiries professionally and amicably.

Coordinate with suppliers.

Manage the after sales service

Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Generate invoices, quotes and purchase orders.

Any other ad hoc and administration office duties as assigned.
