Job brief
Responsibility of Project Coordinator is, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.
Responsibilities
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals.
Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves.
Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.
Monitor and track projects progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Requirements
2-3 Years of experience in project management /project coordination in a exhibition/construction field.
Previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects.
Understanding and preparations for tender submissions.
Understanding of project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend, coordination with the Organizers and the venue for approvals.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good to excellent in math and statistics; good grasp of.
Measurements
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and of project management tools, Adobe PhotoShop, AUTO CAD, the likes.
Diploma/Certification/Trainings/Bachelor in Engineering field.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
