Security Engineer – Security Tools - FIM
Description
This role will be the subject matter expert on file integrity monitoring (FIM) tools.
Responsibilities
· Subject matter expert on file integrity/change monitoring (FIM) tools.
· Implement, configure and support FIM tools.
· Provide support for change requests for the FIMs.
· Coordinate and resolve FIM issues with internal and external partners.
· Provide maintenance, patching and security management for FIM tools.
· Configure FIM monitoring on various systems.
· Recommend and test FIM solutions and new capabilities.
· Develop and report on enterprise level metrics.
· Provide audit and compliance evidence for monitored systems.
Basic Qualifications
· 5 + Years working within information security in a technical capacity.
· 3 + Years of implementing, configuring and supporting FIM tools.
· experience with major FIM vendors, e.g. Qualys, Change Guardian, Azure, Tanium.
· experience with Agile methodologies and team collaboration tools.
· Ability to participate in cross functional teams, including remote resources.
Preferred Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with an Information Security focus.
· Information Security industry certification, e.g. CISSP, Security +, GIAC GSEC.
