Responsible for control of the material and site labour resource to minimize the wastage and idling.

Communicate site engineer / project manager if any difficulties / hurdles came which Hinders the progress.

Recommend effective quantities to prepare payment for subcontractor based on their work performance and further works need.

Plan and schedule the work sequence based on program schedule and execute accordingly.

Motivating them to complete projects on schedule.
