Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following.
Clean food processing facilities, storage rooms, walk-in fridges, kitchen utensils, immediate corridors, and holding areas as well as the operating equipment.
Ensure all equipment is clean and working order.
Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
Assist the servers as necessary.
