Sales Supervisor With Driving License in Dubai

We are looking for male sales supervisor with minimum experience of 5 years. English and Arabic speaking is a MUST.

Duties Includes the following:

Responsible to assist your Line Manager in the supervision of the Sales Team.

Meet your targets and those of the team and assist in the smooth running of the section and its team.

Contribute to training and development of the team.

Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organization plans.

Supervise the general activities of the Sales Team or particular section of it, as directed.

Assist Line Manager to train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met.

Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis to Line Manager.

Candidate can join immediately.
