Looking for Secretary and Front Desk can Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of the department.
Serve as main point of contact for all customer inquiries.
Coordinates and resolves all client related issues.
Develop strong relationships with all clients
Develops in conjunction with Sales and Marketing management, client reporting packages. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all documents, enquiries, reports as per client and company guidelines
Works with client and respective internal managers to ensure strong monthly client scorecard results.
