The Regional Business Development Director is a senior role, and as such has some important Duties and Responsibilities to fulfil, with both short and long-term goals to achieve. Regional Business Development Director will be expected to generate relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts.
The Regional Business Development Director usually either works within a defined geographical area or is given a set of named accounts to open. The objective of the role is to leverage the organization strength to source new business from the target accounts.
The desired candidate must have achieved Annual Sales of over 10 million dollars and must be coming from Oil and Gas, Mining sector with experience from Multinational Companies.
Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.
Qualification and Experiences
B2B Sales, Industrial Sales background preferred.
Degree in Business Development, Sales and Marketing.
Minimum 10 years of experience
Desirable Criteria
Bilingual (English and Arabic. Preference will also be given to those who can communicate in French).
