Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software (Primavera P6)
• Develop project plans, schedules, accurate milestone reports and establishing resource loaded planning schedules.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (S curves) as to reporting and analyzing deviations from plan.
• Bi)/Weekly/Monthly reports generation including “S” –curves for client and Management review.
• Prepare and update Two weeks and Two months look-ahead schedule that reflect the priority of activities.
• Identification, monitoring and streamlining of critical paths running through the project schedule and individual contracts.
• Prepare Project Control System to measure the project progress and prepare the earned Value analysis indices to identify the project schedule and cost status.
