We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage the daily affairs of our growing team and keep the office running smoothly. The ideal person for this role is self-motivated, a critical thinker, and possesses a can-do attitude. English proficiency and clear communication are a must, and knowledge of additional languages is a huge plus.
Chief Responsibilities:
Answering and attending to landline phone calls and directing them as required.
Answering lead calls on company mobile and assigning them to agents as required.
CRM management adding and assigning leads as required.
Preparing documents as required Google Forms, NOCs, Google Sheets, etc.
Filling out Legal Forms when required
Welcoming and tending to walk-in clients and guests.
Daily update of the attendance sheet
Any other tasks assigned
