Key Responsibilities
• Lead design, architecture, development, testing and deployment of Adobe experience Management (AEM) Web and Mobile solutions.
• Hands on implementing and designing AEM solutions associated with product/project teams.
• Transforming business requirements into conceptual/logical application architectures.
• Determining feasibility and scalability of AEM solutions, interacting with business and product owners in order to define technical solutions for customer problems.
• Production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed.
• Technical definition and implementation for analytics, error logging/tracking, and other key functional customer interactions on Delta.com.
• Technical debt resolutions, prevention and code reviews.
• Analysis and implementation of Performance/Stability/Reliability initiatives.
• Research and Development of POCs and innovative new ideas for customer interactions with Delta.
Required Skills
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training in the computer systems development field. Previous airline experience ideal.
• Ability to work within an Agile model
• experience building computer software within the Airline business a plus.
• Knowledge of Software Development - Involves knowing the general approach to developing software including practice, concepts, technology, and methodology obtained through formal training and/or work experience.
• 3 Plus years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM / CQ5 , implementing 2 + full cycle AEM projects.
• 3 Plus years of Java/J2EE development experience, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience.
• Expert level development skills using JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST.
• 2 Years of experience in JavaScript, Jquery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS.
• Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets and bundles.
• Can architect and design solutions on Enterprise AEM based on business requirements.
• Integration with latest UI frameworks like node.js, bootstrap and AngularJS.
• Upgrade to new AEM versions
• JavaScript Frameworks - preferred but not required.

Desired Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
