Role Purpose:
To build the contract staffing vertical for T500 from the current early stage to be a well established practise with strong service delivery engine, process governance and build scale both on the contractor base and client base.

· Creating talent acquisition strategies based on the client requirement and ensuring fulfilment with speed and quality of pipeline generated.
· Provide talent insights and talent landscape to the clients.
· Advising clients on the talent availability and effective hiring process relevant to the market.
· Driving recruitment teams to achieve service delivery as per the agreed SLA.
· Managing the KPI’s for each engagement and report them on a periodic schedule to key stakeholders both internal and clients.
· Ensuring the in-house applicant tracking system is always used diligently and kept up to date with accurate job and candidate data. In case of using a client system, the same level of engagement is expected.
· Managing key client stakeholders and be one point of issue/escalation resolution.
· Hire, Manage and Develop internal talent and engage external talent as required.
· Engaging Vendors as and when required keeping in view the overall cost of hiring and the impact it will have on the overall budget of the engagement.

· More than 10 years’ core experience in contract staffing/staff augmentation/contingent staffing/contract to hire operations in a fast-paced technology environment.
· In depth understanding of delivery methodologies specifically relevant to contract staffing in the technology space.
· Ability to build a solid vendor channel with existing vendors to fulfil requirements and be able to add new capability vendors to fulfil requirements.
· experience managing client stakeholders at all levels ranging from recruitment POC to Hiring Managers.
· Manage a team of Recruiters, Sourcing specialists and coordinators to deliver an unparallel hiring experience to the clients.
· Ability to produce data for management reporting. You are expected to come with above average data analysis skills using tools like MS Excel/PowerBI.
· Ability to prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel/MS Power Point.
