Store Keeper Vacancy in Dubai

A local boat manufacturer company is looking for an experienced storekeeper (Preferred Filipino Male)

1. Must be able to monitor stock against inventory levels and re-order as required,

2. Must be able to ensure stock items have appropriate codes,

3. Must help the buyer with orders to minimize stocks and ensure shelf-life are not exceed,

4. Must be able to ensure full traceability of all stock/materials,

5. Must be able to produce stock reports as requested,

6. Must be able to keep the store as safe and clean as possible and respect safety rules regarding hazardous goods,

7. Must be able to make a request through the purchaser and account to order the right materials in time and when needed,

8. Must ensure stores is locked and safe before leaving factory premises,

9. Must keep records of equipment used in the factory and on-site.

Other Duties;

1. Must be able to ensure that the right materials and tools are available at all time,

2. Must be able to ensure that tools are ready to be used and safe for the workers.

3. Must check and collect the data of Time Sheet filled by workers on Daily Basis and record into system accordingly.

4. Must record all materials issued during the day, check the data thoroughly and enter into the system with proper project name and work description.

5. Responsible to verify all materials arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.

6. Responsible for receiving, unloading and storing all the materials delivered to the factory.

7. Must refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.

8. Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy and in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
