Designation: SALES COORDINATOR

Job Description:

O Communicating with clients, customers and sending follow up emails.

O Administrative support such as online/direct registrations, certification, reports and others.

O Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone and in-person.

O Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

O Creating and maintaining client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

O Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.

O Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to BDM.

Qualification(In details):

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Science.

experience: Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience (construction field)

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

Skills,

Ability to prioritize and manage workload,

Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and

Powerpoint (Autocad is a plus).
