Preparing Item and Purchase orders received from the team leader / buying team.
Compiling, ensuring accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for entry in system.
Coordinating with the buying /planning /supply chain / finance team regarding the issues if any / corrections if any related to Purchase orders and updating the same in the system.
