A Hospitality / Construction company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant cum Admin with bachelors degree in Accounting.
Minimum2 years of work experience in relevant field is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, ordering supplies, Answering phone calls, schedules meetings, support visitors.
Excellent in email and letter drafting, Follow Follow up quotation, Monitoring of Billings and invoices Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and emails.
Perform other clerical accounting duties such as invoices, bank transfer, utility bill payments etc. Support with recruitment activities and other Human Resources related duties.
