The H and M Cloud Platform is a global product team, we are now expanding in our India Hub and building up a new feature team. We’re looking for Software Engineers with cloud and automation skills to join our mission. H and M Group is in full speed at running entirely in the cloud - supported by an organization that can build effective and secure cloud solutions using Dev Ops practices.
Our Cloud Platform product team works as an enablement team to our product organization consisting of hundreds of autonomous teams. We execute on the cloud strategy and provide a platform, guidelines, guardrails, documentation, patterns and practices, automation and self-service capabilities so that our product teams can consume cloud and be effective from day one. We also work to improve the engineering efficiency.

What you will do
You will work together with Software and Tech Engineers in our Cloud Platform product teams, enabling our product organization to consume cloud in the right way. Leverage the understanding of modern architecture and software design patterns to help build scalable, maintainable, well-designed and future-proof products.
· Develop the cloud landing zone and governance framework that all product teams will depend on.
· Develop our pipeline toolset with smart solutions that will make developers more efficient.
· Define the adoption of good development and operations practices in terms of Dev Ops practices, environments, processes and tools.
· Be a subject matter expert in Cloud and be able to zoom in and out dependent on situation and team maturity.
· Work on improving our platform based on the needs of all our autonomous product teams.
· Focus on enablement, automation and building self-service capabilities.

· Clear understanding how Cloud is enabling business and digital transformation.
· Clear understanding of software development life cycle methodologies and demonstrated Dev Ops expertise including automation and CI/CD.
· Passionate advocate for engineering effectiveness and making sure Cloud Platform always aims to make our engineering teams more productive.
· experience with agile development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban or SAFE.
