Product Manager Scrum Master Foetune 100 Global Giant Years
This role is a dual role where you will have to play two roles - that of a product manager and a scrum master/agile project manager.
Your responsibilities will primarily be the following:
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and end-to-end reporting related to the same.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. From customers or stakeholders)
- Work with other product team members to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and timely at the end of each Sprint.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Translate product strategy and feature requests into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Requirements:
- 5-7 Years of overall experience in the product function.
- 2 + Years of experience in a scrum master.
- 3 + Years of experience in a product owner/product manager role.
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Agile Methodologies and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- experience working with UI/UX teams
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle.
