Job Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Project Manager to work with us in the development and maintenance of our platforms.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 certified)
* 3 - 5 Years of overall experience
* experience in web application project management.
* Possess KPI management knowledge/experience.
* Excellent communication skills to enable stakeholder management.
* High problem solving skill that able to understand different business and provide data driven solutions.
* Ability to meet tough deadlines, handle stress, and have good judgment.
* Ability to manage cross functional development team.
Desired Qualifications:
* experience in using version control (GIT) and other tools such as Bit Bucket, Jenkins, Jira.
* Agile certification
* Scrum master
