Essential duties and responsibilities:
-The primary mission for this role will be to know our customers. Know, and care about, their likes and dislikes, what will improve their experiences, and earn and sustain their loyalty.
-Work closely both with business stakeholders and the development team, in order to make the best, most informed design choices as we strive to deliver for our customers.
-Be able to start with a conversation or a napkin sketch, and produce fully-realized user experiences and workflows - based on best practices, methodologies and tools - so your design and development teammates will be in position to succeed.
-Help to make the team better through peer review and knowledge sharing. Be an advocate of the peer review process, and help your teammates to grow by being generous with your knowledge.
-Partner, grow and learn. Seek consensus and help the team to be greater than the sum of its parts.
