Summary:
The Office 365 System Administrator at Giant Eagle provides senior level support and administration to our various O365 technologies and tenants. This role primarily implements, monitors, and maintains Microsoft O365, cloud based technologies, including major services related to user administration, feature and stability enhancements, management of Share Point Online/One Drive, continued adoption of MS Teams, and support of e-discovery. Unique to this role will be contribution to the overall license management and future roadmap for our frontline retail team members and our corporate environment. This will require demonstrated knowledge and experience managing MS EA components. This role also ensures that the operational activities required to manage and administrate the implemented solutions are documented and executed consistently by the IT support teams to meet security and audit requirements.

Responsibilities:
· Facilitate the migration of emails, shared mailbox, distribution list and other related components to Office 365 cloud for various business department.
· Manage and monitor Office 365 services and mobility support using Intune / Mobile Iron.
· Formulate and create Office 365 Share Point sites for domain users and external client access.
· Administer and support Office 365 Azure and Exchange policies.
· Must be able to effectively coordinate and multi-task across various groups and functional teams inside and outside of the organization.
· Prior experience working fast paced environment is preferred, and a background in dealing with global teams and remote teams will be a strong plus.
· Maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
· Assist with the migration of data into the Office 365 cloud platform and Office 365 Share Point.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with end user emails issues, access issues and other issues related to cloud services.
· Monitor and communicate to stakeholders the performance of the services.
· Deliver a consistent process for incident and problem escalation along with resolution.
· Assist with the creation of policies around the proper use of Office 365 services and support.
· Administer and support Office 365 and MS Exchange policies.
· Provide Audio-visual , Teleconferencing, Video Conferencing in support of MS Teams.
· Key contributor to licensing components as it pertains to MS O365 in relation to the MS Enterprise Agreement.

Education/Work experience:
4 Year Technical Degree with 6-8 years of experience managing and architecting Microsoft O365 environments and/or on-premise Microsoft Exchange and Share Point environments. Preferred experience within retail environments.

Recommended Certifications:
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
ITIL Foundations v3 or greater

Technical Expertise:
Knowledge and understanding of core Microsoft technologies and services including;
Microsoft Office 365
Microsoft One Drive
Microsoft Share Point Online
Microsoft Teams/Skype
Microsoft Azure AD
Microsoft Intune
Proficient MS Power Shell abilities as it pertains to O365 and AD.
Understanding of general Microsoft licensing concepts.

Securing data against unauthorized access.
Backing up data and making it efficient to restore when needed.
Configuring long-term archival storage to maintain corporate compliance.

Data encryption (data in transit, at rest, and in use) including.
Protecting Azure Active Directory accounts against compromise.
