We are looking for UI Designer to join our Customer Domain with product area level responsibility. You are an experienced UI Design professional and a natural communicator with a strong visual design foundation, a great eye for details, and experienced design craft capabilities. You will work at the product area level supporting Product Designers in individual product teams and coordinating look and feel coherency across your product area. You will also work in collaboration with our Design System team and support the evolution and creation of UI assets.

You will be joining a rapidly growing and diverse team of talented and passionate experience Designers and will work tightly integrated with cross-functional product teams. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the business impacting product decisions across H and M, COS, Arket, Weekday, Monki, and more, with your design craft, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
What You Will Do
• As a UI Designer, you will work within a product area supporting Product Designers to create beautiful user interfaces across websites, mobile apps and other digital surfaces by bringing typography, iconography, grids, colors and visual hierarchy together to great, lovable user interfaces that people find welcoming and exciting to.
• Work in close collaboration with our Design System team and you will be responsible for adopting patterns and components into your product area as well as promoting UI innovations your area create, back into the Design System.
• Collaborate with Brand Designers, Product Teams and other stakeholders with an Agile methodology and mindset.
• Take existing design- and interface best practices and modernize and modify them to suit the needs of our customers and our business.
• Balance the more emotional brand-specific design patterns with more generic cross-brand designs transactional design patterns.
• Produce high fidelity and professional design components including motion, transition and animation patterns.
Your Mindset and Skills
• 4-8 Years of experience with delivering Visual and User Interface Design.
• experience working with Design Systems, Pattern Libraries and UI Guidelines.
• Passionate about understanding the users’ needs, motivations, behaviors and are able to translate them into actionable, scalable deliverables.
• Strong visual thinker with a passion for details.
• A strong understanding of brand identities and how they translate to product interfaces.
• Excellent communicator with solid analytical thinking and problem-solving capability - you love to simplify the complex.
• Engaged, open minded and ambitious team player willing to share and learn.
