Roles and Responsibilities:
And middot; Provide technical leadership to drive the successful completion of testing across Nikes multiple digital platforms.
And middot; Work with business partners in a cross functional matrix to gain a clear understanding of requirements.
And middot; Represent the team as the technical and domain subject matter expert.
And middot; Recommend and implement tools associated with test automation.
And middot; Create and/or approve test strategy documents (test plans, Scripts cases etc.)
And middot; Responsible for creating test data in Dev from QA environments using SAP systems.
And middot; Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement of technical standers, methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications:
And middot; Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
And middot; 5 years working in QA or within Development squads with a weekly or bi-weekly release cadence.
And middot; 2 + years of QA Lead experience.
And middot; experience with both Waterfall and AGILE project management methodologies.
And middot; experience leading cross functional programs preferred.
And middot; Knowledge of Cloud Computing, experience working with AWS Cloud solutions preferred.
And middot; Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities to be able to discuss, influence and deliver technical concepts easily and efficiently to testing teams.
And middot; Knowledge of SDLC (software development life cycle) and STLC (software testing life cycle)
And middot; Must be able to assist testing teams during detail design activities to clear roadblocks and drive to an outcome.
And middot; Postman, SQL and Python knowledge preferred.
And middot; Ability to effectively negotiate working agreements and timelines across multiple.
And middot; Additional experience with App development and technologies a plus.
And middot; Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
