*Receive job orders from the clients
*Arrange drivers trip assignments based on clients job orders.
*Plan trailer-driver distribution
*Attend and coordinate any customers inquiry, complaints and requests.
*Utilize Microsoft Outlook to respond to customer emails.
*Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word in planning and scheduling of daily tasks.
*Prepare and record each trailer issuance/receiving.
*Follow any work related instructions from his supervisor/manager.
