1. Perform clerical duties, including, but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence, preparing payrolls, managing employee records, placing orders, and answering calls.
2. Preparing daily reports.
3. Interacts with customers, visitors and suppliers.
4. Soring and distributing incoming email. Ensuring that that every email is acted upon the same day.
5. Arranges meetings by cold calling- generating sales leads.
6. Assists in setting up new client accounts.
7. Maintains accurate records and enters data.
8. Answers customer questions and confirms customer orders.
9. Maintains stock of supplies by anticipating work requirements, ordering supplies, and distributing supplies where necessary.
10. Performs additional duties when required, including drafting brochures and organizing the filing system etc.
