Outdoor After Sales Representative Commercial Vehicle
Trucks, Buses and Heavy Equipment.
Contribute to identify new potential customers.
Approaching customers when the vehicle is already sold and existing customers.
Service contracts not sold together with vehicle or renewal of contracts (R and M, FMS, driver training etc.)
Customers with own workshop to whom theres a potential to discuss parts supply or take-over of workshop operations.
Focusing on the customer, understanding and transforming their needs in to value adding solutions as well as upholding a positive brand image are furthermore key aspects for the role.
Keep up to date with product and service portfolio.
Keep up to date with competitors product / service portfolios and activities.
Actively participate in campaigns and customer events, fairs etc.
Cooperate with internal management to achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer list and set target for customers.
Record and update relevant customer information.
Build and maintain long term business relations with selected customers at the right level.
Workshop Salesperson stay up-to-date with the customers operations in the workshop in order to understand the current status before meeting customers.
At least 2-3 years experience in UAE in the same filed.
UAE driving license is a must.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi market
English oral and written communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
