Job Description

We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.

Responsibilities

Ability to generate own leads, find new clients.

Intermediate negotiation processes, Strong sales skills and communication skills.

Arrange viewing for the possible buyers

Visiting and talking to the sellers/landlords about their property.

Maintain and update listings and photographs of available properties.

Regular follow up with the leads.

Promote sales through advertisements and listing services.

Requirements

Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson.

Proven track of successful sales record

Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.

Pleasant and trustworthy

MS Office familiarity

Preferred: UAE Driving license

Intermediate negotiation processes, Strong sales skills and communication skills.
