Job Duties/Responsibilities

Generate sales related documents including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices.

Respond to customer inquiries for product information, availability, order status and pricing in a timely manner.

Communicate order progress with customers.

Liaise with Distribution team to ensure correct products are supplied.

Support regional sales

Accountabilities (Deliverables):

Ensure responses are given within the required time frame.

Prices given in accordance with company rules and customer agreements.

Ensure all relevant paperwork completed with the correct details and in accordance with quality procedures.

Ensure sales invoices are prepared on the same day as material shipments.

Ensure deliveries are made to meet customer requirements.
