A well reputed company in Dubai is looking for Operations Manager.
Contact retailers/stockist and build relationships for the brand.
Manage the entire company from all aspects.
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with the whole team and the owners.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Other responsibilities include Business Development, Stakeholder Relations, Project Management of the Business Operations
