Handle customer calls and email requests and send sales information to customers (e.g. Lead times, product descriptions).
-Understanding customers needs and identifying sales opportunities.
-Tracking and Liaise with customers and vendors on order requirements, logistics and delivery.
-Keeping up with product information and updates.
-Attend to incoming phone calls and day to day administrative functions as and when assigned.
-Work closely with internal departments to efficiently track, monitor, report on customer order progress i.e. Status of the purchase order to the supplier, scheduled delivery of products/services, invoicing, payments, etc.
Key Requirements:
-Bachelor degree holder.
-Three to four years experience in a similar role.
-Self-driven individual with a positive learning attitude.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Independent and able to work under minimal supervision.
-Computer literate with knowledge in ERP system.
-Requirements: Bachelor Degree/Diploma, MS Office, Autocad.
