Junior Site Supervisor Civil Foreman And Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Junior Site Supervisor/Civil Foreman/and Maintenance Supervisor to join our company. The preferred candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Building maintenance.
1) Must have knowledge in the field, having experienced working in MEP, Plumbing, Carpentry, Gypsum, Electrical work, Masonry work, Painting and etc.
2) Manage, supervise and coordinate with the operation team.
3) Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work.
4) Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
5) Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
6) Must have s strong personality to handle the workers.
7) A foreman is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at site.
8) Should be able to manage site activities independently without any supervision.
9) Insure all paperwork such as daily record sheets, weekly progress reports, equipment requirement and status report, photos, attendance etc. Are prepared as per the required frequency.
