· Capable to do the Admin works assigned by the management.
· Assisting Accounts Staff (Booking Bills)
· Preparing Delivery notes and Invoices (Excel and Quick Books)
· Handling Petty cash
· Payment Follow-up by email / phone
· Supporting colleagues workloads and deadlines.
· Keeping Track of Employee(s) Data (Medical and EID and VISA and Pass Renewal)
· Filling, Bookkeeping and Documentation work.
· Checking Emails and responding emails with Supervisor coordination.
· Attending Customers Call
