Joinery Draftsman Vacancy in Dubai

1. Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial construction projects.

2. Create architectural drawings based on building specifications, calculations and sketches.

3. Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.

4. Supervise and guide draftspersons when needed.

5. Work with architects / production personnel / projects personnel to ensure that construction project is in accordance with design specifications.

6. To study, report any problem or missing information to the Lead Draftsman.

7. troubleshooting and proposal making.

8. To generate any forms related to drawings.

9. Prepare schedules, RFIs, submittals and other required documents.

10. Identify and notify variations to respective departments.

Any duties related to drawings, not limited to the above.
