• Communicate customers inquiry with the concerned department.
• Ensure goods are delivered as per promised delivery dates, inform operations manager and sales department if targets will not be met and propose alternatives and action plan.
• Update line up on daily basis, assign delivery dates in coordination with sales department and plant.
• Assign Promised delivery date on Line up.
• Coordinate Finish Good delivery date with production department and communicate it to the customer.
• Check Money report and dues prior delivering goods to the customer.
• Follow up for open customer inquiries
• Follow up on finish Good Delivery
• Receive customer complaint
• Investigate and follow up FG stock report for non-delivered FG.
