~ Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or any computer related degrees.
~ 1 – 2 Years of experience in related field (hands-on experience)
~ Basic knowledge in Networking, Servers, Windows Registry is a plus.
~ Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.
~ Analytical and logical problem solving skills.
~ Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve PCs/Laptops software issues (1st level support)
~ Ability to work independently and prioritize work based upon business needs.
