• Having an Equivalency Certificate from the UAE Ministry of Education of his/her Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, OR, having a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a UAE based university.
• Having more than 4 years’ experience with one or more CONTRACTING companies in UAE.
