§ The point of contact between the construction workers and Project Manager.
§ Oversee the work of the workers to ensure that it is being carried out as per plan.
§ Ensure risk assessment / job hazard analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive control measures are in place.
§ Ensure material, equipment and required manpower are requested and are available on site as required and their optimal utilization.
§ Coordinate with other departments on the daily activities, create schedule for workers and oversee quality of the site to ensure progress as per the schedule.
§ Record man hour and complete time sheet and daily overtime if applicable.
§ Ensure that the Safety, Quality and Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
§ Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the section head.
