*Mechanical Engineering Graduate
*Minimum 10 years’ experience in Consultancy firm.
*Knowledge in Mechanical Design as per Dubai Municipality Green Building Regulation and Specification.
*Knowledge in Submission of all Mechanical Proposal, Tender and Contract Drawings as per Dubai Municipality, DEWA Regulation and Civil Defense Standards.
*Knowledge in HVAC works (Supervision, Implementation, Estimate and Design, Inspection, Commissioning and Testing)
*Knowledge in Plumbing and Mechanical Works (Estimate, implementation / supervision and Testing and commissioning)
*Knowledge in Planning and Scheduling of MEP services based on budget and resources.
*Knowledge in Piping works (estimate and Quantify, Supervision and testing and commissioning)
*Knowledge in Designing and Supervising of all MEP works as per Dubai Municipality Regulations (Green Building Regulation and Specification), DEWA Standards and Civil Defense Regulations.
*Leads and co-ordinates the MEP design team in order to achieve the targeted and committed submission date to Clients and discussion to Local Authorities for approval.
*Checking of Shop Drawing and Material Submittals by the Contractor and forwarding to the DM Engineers for Final Approval.
*Preparation of All MEP Design Drawings for submission to the Local Authorities for Approval.
*Knowledge in Computer Operation especially HAP, AUTOCAD, Primavera v3.0, MS windows – based application program.

*Degree in Architectural Engineering
*Good knowledge in all aspects of Architectural design especially in 3D presentation.
