Al Reem is part of Arabian Ranches – a freehold community located in the suburbs of Dubai developed by Emaar Properties. Al Reem was launched in 2005 and completed in 2007 and is the largest enclave in Arabian Ranches. It is divided into Al Reem 1, Al Reem 2 and Al Reem 3. Each of these sub-communities offers their own amenities such as parks, a tennis court, community pools and more.
Al Reem is the largest and most affordable community in Arabian Ranches, this is due to a few factors. It is one of the few sub-communities in Arabian Ranches that contains townhouses/attached villas while other communities boast independent villas. Another factor is that it is located on the eastern end of Arabian Ranches close to the construction site of Cityland Mall. Some properties offer views of the on-going construction while others overlook the lake in Al Reem. This factor also affects the prices of buying and renting property in Al Reem.
