A. Ensure smooth operation of a client’s IT infrastructure systems in order to ensure high performance.
B. Installation, relocation, maintenance and proactive troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems.
C. Coordinating with clients, either over the phone, via remote access or in-person (onsite) to provide a prompt and permanent solution to the reported IT problems.
D. To bring recurring issues (problem tickets) to the attention of the service delivery coordinator for root cause analysis.
E. To document updates, changes to the client’s IT infrastructure.
F. To coordinate with third parties (software vendors, ISP, printer service centers etc.) on behalf of the client to ensure quick resolution.
G. Driving License required
