Responsible for sourcing new project leads, market intelligence, tendering and bids for new FLS projects in Abu Dhabi.
• Preparing technical presentations that explain products and services of the company to customers or prospective clients.
• Attend techno-commercial negotiation meetings along with the management.
• Working closely with the Design/Estimation Engineers to fulfill customer/client requirements.
• Discussing costing with the estimation team, submitting quotes and pricing in lieu with the received customer inquiries on time.
• Anticipate customers'/clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations that meet their requirements.
• Identifying new products/services that may be of value to add to the company product range based on the feedback from customers and competitors.
• Coordinating with the credit control team and follow up on the Credit Facility application for newly acquired customers/clients.
• Lead all sales activities for the area's geographic boundary for the Fire protection, fire alarm, security and fire suppression businesses.
• Responsible for administering, communicating and complying with all company policies and procedures, whether formally or informally communicated.
• Supporting the accounts team to ensure that receivables are collected on time and at best communication practice as possible.
• Represent Company at official meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
• Prepares sales reports showing leads, prospecting activity, appointments, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Monitors and evaluates the activities, products and pricing of the competitors.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
• Preparing proposals based on customers’ requirements and technical specifications.
• Ensuring timely collection of receivables and outstanding payments.

Job Key Details:
• Installation, maintenance, repairing and servicing of Automatic sliding door, Gates barrier, Garage door, Bi-Folding door, revolving door, rolling shutter, swing gate, speed gate, Bollards etc.
• Attending site survey, taking over/handing over inspection.
• Preparation of site inspection report
Job Qualifications and experience:
• At least 2 + years of experience in the same role required.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct tasks independently
• Ability to handle sliding, overhead doors as well as rolling shutters.
• Should be organized and able to complete tasks on time.
