1. Searching for new clients, visit the potential client and Present products/services.
2. Establishing new, and maintain existing, relationships with customers.
3. Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
4. Calculating client quotations
5. Negotiating tender and contract terms
6. Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions.
7. Offering after-sales support services
8. Analyzing costs and sales
9. Preparing reports
10. Meeting regular sales targets
11. Recording and maintaining client contact data.
12. Coordinating sales projects
13. Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
14. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
15. Providing pre-sales technical assistance.
16. Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
17. Solving client problems
18. Helping in the design of custom-made products.
19. Providing training and producing support material for the sales team.
20. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
21. Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
22. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
23. Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
24. Negotiation and social problem-solving skills.
25. Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask.
