Our company is looking for a Structural Draftsman for Industrial, Commercial and Residential Projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Performs architectural and structural drawings for design-build contracts, coordinates the activities of consultant, client and develop the drawings as per the Client requirements.
• Interface with Client and consultant.
• Check the compatibility of the architectural, civil and steel resolving of any incompatibility in coordination with the relevant parties.
• Ensure the timely delivery of updated “Issued for Construction” drawings defined by the drawings log set by Engineering Manager.
• Checks the subcontractor/ supplier shop drawings and comparing the same with Architectural drawings.
• Prepare architectural shop drawings required for work execution.
• Prepare drawings submittal log in line with the overall project schedule in coordination with the planning function.
• Provide As-Built Drawings for jobs on a timely basis as per the requirements of the Construction function.
• Perform site visits as needed and compare drawings with actual site practices as well as improve knowledge of practical building practices.
• Files finished drawings (electronically and hard copies), and update drawing library as needed.
• Assists the Engineering Manager in the completion of the Engineering Section of the End of Job Report.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Construction Industry.
• Highly computer literate in Autocad

8:30Am to 5:30pm
