• Should have good Knowledge of carpentry methods, finish carpentry (trim, case, base, shoe, crown, cabinet installation), window, door and siding installation.
• Solve math problems quickly and accurately.
• Ability to interact and communicate well with the Manager, Supervisors and Co-workers throughout the project.
• Self-starter and independent worker.
