• Educational qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Equivalent OR Diploma in Engineering (with regular 3 year college study) from a reputed university/Technical board.
• Certification: NEBOSH Diploma or IGC
• HSE Trainings / qualifications will be added advantage.
• experience:
• Minimum 5 Years of experience out of which minimum 2 years in Monitoring HSE aspects implementation in Oil and Gas industry for Graduate Engineers.
• Minimum 7 Years of experience out of which minimum 3 years in Monitoring HSE aspects implementation in Oil and gas industry for Diploma Engineers.
• Oil and Gas Construction and Commissioning knowledge will be added advantage.
• Salary range: 6500 – 8500/-.
Job description
• Perform annual review of Project Construction HSE plan and its implementation.
• Review of HSE document and ensure Client requirements are met.
• Perform and participation in RA, TRA/JSA, etc.
• Ensure Client HSE requirements on PTW system followed for all works.
• Monitor the implementation road safety requirements, report violations and advice corrective actions.
• Monitor effective implementation of waste management at site.
• Conduct HSE orientation / induction/HSE awareness sessions to employees including Sub-contractors, Visitors, etc.
• Inform employees of their HSE responsibilities and right to refuse to work under unsafe conditions.
• Responsible for assigning fire warden, first aider, developing emergency checklists and train the employees on their roles and responsibilities.
• Conducting regular site HSE inspections and audits as per schedule on CCTC and its Subcontractor.
• Participate in root cause analysis for incidents/near miss etc.
• Motivate employees to report all incidents/near misses and implement HSE incentive program at site.
• Attend HSE meetings with Client and conduct HSE meeting Sub-contractor as required.
• Organize emergency drills in coordination with Client and construction team.
• Prepare various reports and regularly contact with Project HSE Manager and obtain advice on any HSE issues.
• Computer knowledge and proficient in English.
