First class degree or diploma in safety / engineering with minimum 10 years experience in electro mechanical construction in oil and gas field. NEBOSH/IOSH certificate. Good command over English and spoken Hindi. Should be able to independently handle HSE Department, prepare HSE reports. Gulf experience and driving license preferable.
