• Implement HSEMS and project HSE plan.
• Carry out incident investigation and reporting.
• Provide recommendations for the improvements of HSE culture.
• Monitor the work sites for HSE issues.
• Carry out HSE inspection/audit.
• Carry out on job training/inductions/tool box talks.
• Identify hazards and recommend mitigation measures.
• Carry out risk assessment and submit recommendations.
• Carry out inspection and prepare reports.
• Compile data for analysis from various site related to HSE performance.
• Prepare project HSE statistics and attend client meetings related to HSE.
• Computer knowledge and proficient in English.
• HSE Trainings / qualifications will be added advantage.
• Oil and Gas Construction and Commissioning knowledge will be added advantage.
